Key E-Commerce Role

This role involves overseeing the operational aspects of e-commerce platforms, including managing wholesale accounts, processing orders, and coordinating logistics and finance.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage wholesale accounts and process orders in a timely manner.
  • Build strong relationships with wholesale partners to ensure smooth account servicing and timely stock replenishment.
  • Oversee e-commerce operations on various platforms, including product listing management and pricing updates.
  • Monitor online sales performance, track stock levels, and coordinate replenishment with warehouse teams.
  • Assist in campaign execution, including seasonal promotions and voucher programs.
  • Prepare regular sales and inventory reports for both wholesale and e-commerce channels.
  • Handle customer returns and exchanges to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements include a diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field, as well as proficiency in e-commerce platforms and digital merchandising.
