We are a rapidly expanding retail health supplement company dedicated to promoting wellness and healthy living through high-quality products and exceptional customer service. As our team continues to grow, we are seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Liaison to be the primary point of contact for our customers, partners, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Provide information about our products and services to walk-in customers
- Schedule appointments and handle inquiries from customers or distributors
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and stock handling when needed
- Coordinate mail and deliveries
- Support the operations and sales teams with various tasks
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a customer service representative, front desk agent, or similar role
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Interest or background in health supplements or wellness products is a plus
