Front Desk Support

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and schedule customer appointments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage administrative duties such as data entry, record keeping, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, courteous, and responsive to customer needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
