Singapore Hollandse Club Full time

As Front Desk Officer, you represent the Hollandse Club (´Club´) and welcome our Members and Guests. You report directly to the Front Desk Manager.

Customer Service
- Welcomes members and guests and ensures they receive high quality service.
- Assists and directs Members and Guests to the appropriate staff member as required.
- Handles hotel check-ins and check-outs.
- Handles facility bookings.
- Maintains a thorough working knowledge of the Club: operations, activities, and events to respond to the needs of Members and Guests and to sell Club services as required.
- Re-directs calls and takes adequate messages when required.
- Follows all Standard Operating Procedures to ensure the best practice is carried out to give a seamless delivery of all services.

Finance
- Processes cash and card payments using Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Produces the daily accounts report.
- Performs stock taking.

Personal
- Strives to make changes and implement best practice as required.
- Perform tasks as required by the Front Desk Manager or the Club.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum N’ Level. Additional qualifications are a plus.
- One or two years of experience in a similar field.
- IT Literate - capable and willing to work with online systems and procedures.
- Representative, resourceful, flexible, and responsive in dealing with people.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Initiative, meticulous, eye for detail, punctual and a team player.
- Able to work under pressure and extra hours if needed.
- Able to work daytime, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
