Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

At CombBuilder PTE LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and report to project managers
  • Generate administrative records and reports
  • Implement new technologies and integrate them into existing environments
  • Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes
  • Manage user account information, reset passwords, and perform other administrative tasks
  • Answer technical queries and provide guidance to customers
  • Maintain the configuration of the system
  • Implement Service Request and Change Request
  • Contact OEM/Vendor for technical support
Requirements:
  • Possess a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Electronics, or IT or equivalent
  • Experience in Cloud system
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in IT infrastructure operation
  • Able to work shift, including weekends and public holidays
  • 12-hour shift (shift pattern to be determined)
  • Work from Home most of the time (will only need to go office probably 1 or 2 times per month)
  • Laptop will be provided
