Entry Level Human Resource Professional

This is a key role within our human resources function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with interview scheduling and coordination of new employees.
  • Manage the full internship process, including onboarding, document tracking, system updates, and offboarding.
  • Update and maintain personnel files, as well as document repositories.
  • Review and clean HR datasets to resolve missing data, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
  • Verify and input corrected data into HR systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare reports and assist with general administrative duties.
  • Cover HRBP and internship roles when needed to ensure continuity of operations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant HR experience is preferred.
  • Relevant experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup).
  • The ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
