Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Talent Scout Extraordinaire – Identify and attract top-notch candidates through innovative sourcing techniques
  • Master of Job Ads – Craft compelling job postings that make candidates eager to apply
  • Screening Specialist – Conduct pre-screening and interviews to shortlist the best-fit candidates
  • Candidate Experience Champion – Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all applicants throughout the hiring process
  • Recruitment Strategist – Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and build effective recruitment strategies
  • Pipeline Builder – Maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs to keep the workforce agile and ready
  • Data-Driven Recruiter – Use recruitment analytics to refine hiring strategies and improve efficiency
  • Offer Negotiator – Manage offer discussions and ensure candidates are excited to join the team
  • Employer Branding Advocate – Promote the company as an employer of choice through social media, career fairs, and networking
  • Compliance Guru – Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and organizational standards

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
