Job Title: Human Resource Officer

The primary goal of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of our human resources functions.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including work pass applications and cancellations.
  • Perform data entry into our HR database in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage staff access cards and HR records with precision.
  • Process invoices and payments related to HR matters efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support for various HR projects and daily operations.

To be successful in this position, you will require:

  • A diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, although entry-level candidates are also welcome to apply.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage, as it will enable you to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking staff.
