Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for employees, you will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that all HR-related tasks are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, implement, and evaluate human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
  • Manage employee relations, respond to queries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Establish productive partnerships with business leaders, communicate HR initiatives, and advise on necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, align HR practices with regulatory requirements, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform employee performance reviews, track budgets, and manage the recruitment process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in Singapore and other Asian countries.
  • Strong foundation in HR operations, labour legislation, and payroll processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and team management expertise.
