Job Title: Contract Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team at Recruit Express Pte Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement coordination, 3rd party invoice processing, and monitoring sales pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement coordination with vendors for logistics and transportation services, equipment, and laboratory-related management services.
  • Process 3rd party invoices and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor sales pipelines and demand forecast to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Raise billings and manage billing accrual process to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Analyze sales and billing performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain sales contract and procurement contracts register to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide reminders to team members 3 months ahead on expiring contracts pending for renewal.
  • Perform data entry duties with regards to metrics, sales figures, and other key data.
  • Pull reports and information from Ecolab systems to provide data and guides to the sales team.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including conference room reservations, equipment setup, and flight and hotel bookings.
  • Manage financial administrative tasks related to corporate card use and expenses, and process departmental invoices accurately.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in SAP is required.
