We are seeking a highly skilled Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team at SS CONTRACT PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure proper coordination of all variables in assigned projects.
  • Administer and communicate effectively with project teams and related parties.
  • Coordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
  • Prepare project documentation, including insurance and safety documents.
  • Consolidate project data and prepare progress reports.
  • Submit monthly progress claims and liaise with clients and consultants.
  • Attend site meetings and follow up on project documentation.
  • Prepare subcontractor agreements and verify claims.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Attend site show rounds, tender briefings, and collect data and site measurements.
  • Attend tender interviews, proposal meetings, and follow up on tender documents.
  • Perform other ad-hoc services as assigned by the company.
Documentation and Administrative Work:
  • Prepare and update project files and tender files.
  • Record equipment rental lists for project use and costing.
  • Prepare ISO and safety audit documentation.
Tender:
  • Regularly check government websites for incoming tenders.
  • Prepare tender documents and sort out quotations from vendors.
  • Attend site show rounds as needed.
