Our culinary team is seeking a seasoned leader to create authentic Thai dishes and develop menus that balance flavor, authenticity, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We require an experienced chef to prepare a variety of Thai meals, maintain kitchen hygiene standards, and train junior staff in Thai cooking techniques
  • Develop and refine Thai menus that meet local regulations and customer expectations
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations
  • Collaborate with management to improve menu offerings and customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory and control food costs without compromising quality
  • Stay updated on trends and innovations in Thai cuisine
Required Experience & Skills:
  • A minimum of 3–5 years experience as a chef specializing in Thai cuisine
  • Deep understanding of traditional Thai cooking techniques and ingredients(e.g., use of lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime, fish sauce, etc.)
  • Experience preparing both street food and fine dining Thai dishes is a plus
  • Culinary training or certification is preferred but not always required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and pride in food presentation
Preferred Qualities:
  • Thai national or experience working in Thailand
  • Passionate about Thai culture and food traditions
  • Experience in menu design and food cost management
  • Ability to train or mentor staff in Thai cuisine
