Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior culinary leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing large kitchen teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and suppliers.
  • Credentials in health and safety training and certification in food safety and handling.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, thinking on your feet and making quick decisions in fast-paced environments.
