Job Title: Senior Commercial Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Senior Commercial Director to lead our commercial functions across tenders and projects within engineering, oil & gas, and renewable energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic commercial plans ensuring alignment with technical and financial requirements.
  • Provide commercial leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams to develop robust tender proposals.
  • Manage subcontractor commercial activities including scope definition, cost control, and performance evaluation.
  • Administer contracts throughout project lifecycle ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Develop and monitor payment schedules and invoicing plans based on contract milestones.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and follow-up on receivables.
  • Monitor and report on project budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
  • Identify and mitigate commercial risks while maximizing opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of commercial management experience in engineering, oil & gas, or renewable energy sectors.
  • Strong understanding of tendering, contract law, claims management, and project finance.
  • Proven experience in managing subcontractors and commercial aspects of large-scale projects.
