About Us

Our company develops, implements, and supports IT-based quality management systems for fertility centres, donor banks and animal breeding centres internationally. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality solutions that help prevent errors through misidentification of patients, donors, their gametes, and embryos.

Our main product, IMT Matcher, is a quality management system specifically created for the fertility sector. It provides traceability, ensures regulatory compliance, and analyses operations to increase control and optimise outcomes.

The IMT Matcher system comprises software and networked IT hardware, used primarily within embryology and andrology laboratories, as well as throughout other parts of the fertility centre including cryo stores, operating rooms, and product storage areas.

This solution delivers major benefits to all users, including biologists, laboratory directors, quality managers, doctors, nurses, and administration staff.

We are seeking a confident, professional candidate with an IVF background and commercial experience, to provide support to our end users based in the Asia Pacific region.

Job Description

This individual will join our team of dedicated professionals, working closely with colleagues in other departments, including development, technical support, sales, and marketing.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Product Consultant and be responsible for:

  • Technical sales support, assisting our international distributor teams through the sales process;
  • Advanced product demonstrations;
  • Identifying end users' specific requirements;
  • Advanced training of end users;
  • Consultative advice on best practice.

These duties will be delivered in the context of workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • An IVF background and commercial experience;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and IT-based solutions.
