About the DepartmentThe Group Strategic Communications & Brand function works closely with all functions across the Group to protect and promote the reputation of UOB. We ensure that UOB's presence, relevance, insights, and understanding are seen and felt by our colleagues and customers, wherever they are.
Job Responsibilities- Develop creative content to profile the group's international presence and community involvement.
- Drive strong community impact through the design and support of our flagship CSR programmes.
- Develop art initiatives and outreach to maximise social impact.
- Establish UOB as the leading patron of the arts in Asia.
- Develop and manage partnership marketing strategy, programme, and ecosystem of partners.
- Develop effective Brand programmes and collateral to increase awareness and engagement.
- Track CSR metrics holistically for Sustainability reporting.
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent skills in content production (audio/visuals).
- Strong skills in building successful partnerships and implementation.
- Highly motivated and self-driven.
- A team player with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
