About the DepartmentThe Group Strategic Communications & Brand function is responsible for ensuring UOB's presence, relevance, insights and understanding are seen and felt by our colleagues and customers. We strive to turn our customers into advocates through consistent and considered customer service.
Job Responsibilities- Develop creative content to profile UOB's international presence and community involvement.
- Drive community impact through the design and support of flagship programmes, including event showcases, strategic partnerships and community-based outreach.
- Develop art initiatives and outreach to maximise social impact.
- Establish UOB as the leading patron of the arts in Asia.
- Build a strong network of community partners to multiply the impact of corporate giving.
- Develop and manage partnership marketing strategy, programme and ecosystem of partners.
- Develop effective Brand programmes and collateral to increase awareness and engagement.
- Track CSR metrics for Sustainability reporting.
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent skills in content production (audio/visuals).
- Strong skills in building successful partnerships and implementation.
- Highly motivated and self-driven.
- A team player with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
