VP, Art Programme and Governance, Group Strategic Comms and Brand Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Art Programme and Governance function within Group Strategic Communications and Brand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to promote UOB's presence and reputation in the art and cultural landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute creative content strategies to showcase UOB's international presence and community involvement.
- Drive community impact through the design and support of flagship CSR programmes, including event showcases, strategic partnerships, and community-based outreach.
- Develop and manage art initiatives to maximize social impact and establish UOB as a leading patron of the arts in Asia.
- Establish a strong network of community partners to multiply the impact of corporate giving across the region.
- Develop and manage partnership marketing strategies, programmes, and ecosystems of partners.
- Develop effective brand programmes and collateral to increase awareness and engagement.
- Track CSR metrics holistically for sustainability reporting.
- Ensure all executions are aligned to policies and regulations across the region.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent skills in content production (audio/visuals).
- Strong skills in building successful partnerships and implementation.
- Highly motivated and self-driven.
- A team player with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
