About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Director/Senior Manager to join our ASEAN Client Solutions Team. This dynamic role involves engaging and building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to grow revenues and profits.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify new business opportunities and market segments to assess their fit with our company's products and solutions.
  2. Grow the pipeline of new enterprise clients from sectors including Payment Service Providers, Merchant Acquirers, E-Commerce, Online Retailers, and other Corporates.
  3. Lead, manage and close enterprise deals through consultative sales, solution selling, ensuring annual revenue targets are met.
  4. Collaborate with internal Treasury, Product and Engineering teams to develop client proposals.
  5. Manage large enterprise accounts, establishing and maintaining C-level contacts, understanding their business requirements and challenges.
  6. Gather market insights and client needs to help shape product development or service delivery.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-geography teams for successful solution delivery.
Desired Skill Set and Attributes:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  2. Proven track record of enterprise sales.
  3. Min 5 years of relevant experience within the Cross-Border B2B Payments sector.
  4. Strong sales contacts and networks within the Cross-Border B2B Payments sector.
  5. Experience in FX or Cross-Border B2B Payments is necessary.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. A hunter mentality with a proactive approach.
