Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a warm and energetic individual to join our front-of-house team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative. If you love great customer experiences, you'll feel right at home with us.

This role involves creating a welcoming space for every guest, taking orders, serving food & beverages with care, and supporting smooth café operations during peak and non-peak hours.

As a key member of our crew, you will work closely with the team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that every guest leaves with a smile on their face.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be comfortable working weekends & public holidays and thrive in a fast-paced café environment.

You will have the opportunity to pick up café knowledge, including coffee basics, and work alongside a fun, supportive, and passionate team.
