UWING INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Admissions Executive to join our team in Singapore.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to both marketing and student recruitment efforts, utilizing your passion for education, strong communication skills, and proficiency in creating engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Create compelling digital content for social media platforms, website, and print materials to promote our brand and programs.
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of school events, campus life, and student activities to create engaging promotional content.
  • Edit and produce short videos for social media, website, and marketing purposes using video editing software such as Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive student enrollment and build brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze data on marketing campaign performance to suggest improvements.
  • Support the organization of school events, fairs, and outreach activities to engage with prospective students and parents.
Admissions Support:

The ideal candidate will also assist in managing the admissions process, including responding to inquiries from prospective students and parents, supporting the preparation and submission of application materials, and maintaining accurate records of student applications.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • A strong interest in education and a passion for supporting student recruitment.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Final Cut Pro.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a positive attitude.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at SGD $50,000 - SGD $70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Please note that the salary range is an estimate based on industry standards and location.
