We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our volunteer network in promoting health and wellness within the community.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To build and manage a network of volunteers who can support health promotion activities in the community
  • To develop and implement training programs for volunteers
  • To create new opportunities for volunteers to contribute to health promotion efforts

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in volunteer management, preferably in healthcare or social services

Competencies:

  • Analytical and organized with ability to translate concepts into actionable goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Resourceful and meticulous team player who can multitask in a fast-paced environment
