Community Health Promotion Manager

This role is focused on driving health promotion initiatives within the community, specifically targeting lower-income families. The incumbent will work closely with stakeholders to co-create regional and community-focused solutions, ensuring a good coverage and sustainable delivery of health promotion initiatives.
The job involves partnership development and relationship management, as well as data tracking and evaluation of key performance indicators. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network and build strong collaborations with stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Relevant working experience for at least 2 years
- A good understanding of partnership development and relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and versatility in managing different levels of partnerships
- Strong organisational and project management skills; good multitasking skills but with attention to details
- Ability to work independently and with teams
