**What the role is**
- You will be a part of HPB’s Workplace Health Planning and Company Outreach, which strives to advance health promotion efforts in the workplace setting to reduce Singapore’s burden of diseases with targeted interventions for mature workers. Focusing on obesity prevention and management, chronic disease management, mental health and smoking cessation, our combined approaches of ecosystem, company-based, and sectoral allows us to ensure that all workers in Singapore will eventually experience a health promoting working environment.

**Scope**

As a key member of **_Workplace Health Planning and Company Outreach_** team, you’ll have to be comfortable to put on many hats.
- You will develop effective and sustainable workplace health promotion solutions for Companies and organisations need to achieve a positive influence on their employee’s health, through creating the right type of working environment.
- You will forge and develop sustainable partnerships to achieve HPB’s goals of advancing health promotion efforts in the workplace.
- You will be comfortable to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, internal and external.
- You will maintain an overview of key labour trends and identify opportunities for novel health promotion strategies.
- You will co-develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the impact of health programmes for companies and workers for greater efficiency.
- Strong collaborative and partnership building skills; confident to work with corporate partners and to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, research or analytics.
- Ability to work cohesively in fast-paced teams and navigate stressful, ambiguous situations in a positive manner.
- Able to work well in matrix and highly dynamic teams.
- Work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong result-orientation and enjoys challenges.
- Strong ability to distil and communicate concepts in a concise and coherent manner (written and oral)
