We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Office Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
About the Role:The Senior Office Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the office administration, facilities, insurance, and vendor management. This includes ensuring timely filings, overseeing office relocations and renovations, managing office supplies, and coordinating with vendors and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:- Reporting to the Administrative Manager
- Managing office administration, including filing and record-keeping
- Coordinating with vendors and service providers
- Overseeing office relocations and renovations
- Managing office supplies and equipment
- At least 5 years' experience in general office management, preferably in a professional services environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
