This role is an integral part of the senior management team, providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

  • Manage diary arrangements for the Senior School Principal, ensuring appointments are kept and diary bookings are handled efficiently.">
  • Handle parental enquiries and queries, responding promptly and professionally.">
  • Manage correspondence for the Senior School Principal, preparing routine correspondence using their own initiative.">
  • Welcoming and hosting external visitors on behalf of the Senior School Principal, ensuring suitable refreshments are available.">
  • Providing confidential clerical and administrative support to the Senior School Principal.">
  • Dealing with all telephone and personal enquiries efficiently and effectively in a professional manner.">
  • Establishing a business-like office environment, promoting good relationships between stakeholders and visitors.">
  • Supervising arrangements for meetings, including room booking, preparation of materials and minute taking.">
  • Arranging travel for the Senior School Principal, including flights, land transport, hotels and other details as requested.">
  • Alerting the Senior School Principal well in advance of approaching issues, events and key dates in the School calendar.">
  • Acting as the 'quality control' in respect of all letters and documents produced by or for the Senior School Principal.">
  • Maintaining and enhancing efficient filing and document retrieval systems for the Senior School Principal.">
  • Acting as a central point of contact for projects delegated by the Senior School Principal and leading school projects using their own initiative.">
  • Attending meetings with the Senior School Principal to facilitate note-taking and record-keeping.">
  • Overseeing meetings, ensuring relevant papers and documentation are compiled or received in advance.">
  • Establishing constructive relationships and communication with external stakeholders.">
  • SUPPORTING SENIOR SCHOOL OFFICE WITH PARENT COMMUNICATIONS">
