Job Title: Office Operations Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced office operations professional to manage our day-to-day activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless operation of all administrative tasks, from logistics to equipment management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and disseminate various documents in English and Chinese languages
- Support departments on operational matters at a corporate level
- Procure office supplies and manage equipment
- Arrange travel and accommodation for overseas personnel
- C Coordinate logistics and facilitate report submissions
- Manage corporate entertainment and general office operations
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A diploma or degree in any field
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Word
- At least 3 years of experience in a related field
- Prior experience as a junior executive in clerical/administrative support is preferred
