Job Title: Operations Excellence Leader
As an Operations Excellence Leader, you will play a key role in driving productivity rates against established targets. You will oversee operations for assigned areas and lines, monitoring production workflows, equipment, and systems to achieve production targets in a timely manner.
- Responsibilities:
- Lead collaborative efforts to deliver quality and compliance performance
- Initiate, manage, and make decisions impacting product quality
- Model behaviors ensuring delivery of high-quality products while championing compliance with company policies and procedures
- Accountable for shopfloor incident investigation and reporting
- Track, trend, and continuously improve performance metrics
- Promote and drive continuous improvement programs using Operational Excellence tools and methodologies

- Lead efforts required to deliver EHS performance for the shift/line of accountability
Requirements:
- Diploma with minimum 5 years of experience in a regulated industry

- Experience working on Continuous Improvement Projects
