Leadership Role Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our organisation as a General Manager. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for managing multiple divisions and overseeing the overall strategy of the business.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, training delivery, and compliance. They will also have excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.


  • Manage day-to-day operations across all business units, including training, retail, e-commerce, and warehouse.
  • Develop and improve SOPs to streamline processes and ensure accountability.
  • Monitor petty cash, supplier payments, and overall admin procedures.

Training & Trainer Utilisation
  • Plan and coordinate WSQ and non-WSQ courses, onsite events, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Manage trainer scheduling and optimise trainer-to-class ratios.
  • Monitor learner enrolments, attendance, and satisfaction.

Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure compliance with SSG, WSQ, PDPA, and TPGateway regulations.
  • Maintain readiness for audit and ensure all required documentation is up to standard.

Business Development Support
  • Assist the Director in evaluating corporate collaborations and B2B opportunities.
  • Conduct operational feasibility checks for new business projects.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant working experience in operations, training management, or general management.
  • Background in compliance, contracts, or legal operations is highly preferred.
  • Experience managing multi-department teams and remote staff.
