Operations Director

They will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of various departments, driving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional member experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee departmental performance to ensure seamless execution of strategic objectives and financial targets.
- Mentor and coach department heads and their teams to deliver excellence and professional growth.
- Lead by example, fostering engagement with members and guests, and embodying the values and standards of the organization.
- Collaborate with senior management on key initiatives, participating in board meetings and presenting insights on operations and business performance.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A proven track record of developing high-performing teams and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive operational excellence and achieve strategic objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members, guests, and colleagues.
- A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, with relevant work experience in a senior leadership role.
Preferred Skills
- Licensing and certification in hospitality management or a related field.
- Experience with budget planning and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of international culture and language, with experience hosting events and catering to diverse clients.
