We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Community Manager to join our team. As a multifaceted professional, you will be responsible for creating an inclusive and collaborative community at lyf.
Your day will involve greeting guests, recommending local attractions, performing maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, and engaging with guests in social spaces after work.
- Guest Well-being:
- Assist residents with check-in via mobile app or kiosk
- Encourage app usage to explore community features
- Handle guest queries and facilitate communication
- Operational Efficiency:
- Monitor room availability using property management systems
- Ensure processes follow corporate guidelines
- Assist with housekeeping and maintenance coordination
- Community Building:
- Manage guest profiles and preferences
- Assist in organizing community events and initiatives
- Engage proactively with guests to enhance their stay
