Job Description

As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery to our valued guests. Your expertise in managing day-to-day operations, coupled with your exceptional communication skills, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently process guest arrivals and departures, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Room Assignments: Accurately allocate rooms based on availability, rate structures, and sell/upsell strategies.
  • Inquiries and Assistance: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to guests regarding hotel services, events, directions, and attractions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent organizational skills, a strong command of the English language, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
