As a seasoned Change Management Specialist, you will be instrumental in championing the adoption of new processes and technologies within our organisation. Your expertise in designing and executing change management strategies, as well as training initiatives, will be crucial in ensuring a smooth transition for all stakeholders.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement tailored change management plans that address organisational culture and stakeholder needs specific to Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific region. This will involve conducting stakeholder impact analyses and readiness assessments, taking into account multi-cultural and matrix organisational dynamics.

You will also be responsible for designing and executing communication strategies that engage key stakeholders, including senior management, finance teams, IT, and end-users within Singapore and regional offices. Furthermore, you will lead the development and delivery of training programmes suited to a diverse learner demographic typical of Singapore's multi-ethnic workforce.

To achieve this, you will collaborate closely with business units, IT, external consultants, and programme leadership to ensure alignment and avoid duplication. You will facilitate workshops, feedback sessions, and training to promote engagement and reinforce new processes, monitor change adoption, training completion rates, and effectiveness, and provide regular updates to programme leadership.

A bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Organisational Development, Human Resources, or related field is essential, along with a minimum of 8-12 years' experience in Change Management and/or Learning & Development, preferably with exposure to regional/global transformation programmes. Proven experience in managing change for Enterprise Performance Management or complex finance system implementations is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills tailored for multi-cultural environments, and the ability to influence and lead without direct authority in a matrix organisation. They will also have high emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity, as well as a solid understanding of project and programme management methodologies.
