Job Title: Data Center Operations Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Data Center Operations Manager to oversee the lifecycle of our data centers across Asia Pacific. This role involves site selection, coordination, construction management, and operational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial governance, including budgeting, cost forecasting, capital expenditure planning, and variance analysis to ensure sustainable project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and operational best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business expansion strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional partners, vendors, and stakeholders to strengthen our APAC presence.

Requirements:

  • At least 5–10 years of experience in data center construction, operations, or infrastructure management.
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, operational management, and cost control/accounting.
  • Established industry network and a solid track record within the APAC data center sector.
  • Willing and able to travel across the APAC region as required.
