Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Business Services Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties, including company incorporations, registration of foreign branches & representation offices, striking-off of companies, preparation of directors/shareholders resolutions for ongoing corporate secretarial matters for clients
- Application of employment passes, opening bank accounts, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Maintenance of accurate records and filing systems, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders and management teams
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate secretarial services
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications relevant to corporate secretarial services
