**Job Description**:
- Facilities management - Render help to follow up on facilities issues with managing agent Logistics coordination
- Assist in office migration coordination work Inventory management - Monitor inventory movement; update inventory records; handle issuance/return of personal protective equipment (PPE) and specialised equipment; verifying contract validity, liaising with vendor on collection & return of equipment from maintenance Corporate support and General admin
- Printing, scanning and filing of documents; liaison with vendor on collection and return of laundry and managing library collection
- Vehicle management - Verifying vehicle expenditure and updating vehicle usage records
**Requirements**:
- Good in data organising, meticulous, good interpersonal skills,
- Able to liaise with vendors,
- Responsible and proactive.
- Daily presence in office
Working Hours
Mon-Thu: 8.30am-6pm;
Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm
