The Corporate Services, IT division strives to ensure smooth operation, security, and strategic development of the Business China’s information technology infrastructure. We manage IT operations, enforce compliance, and drive digital transformation in collaboration with outsourced service providers. **Job Duties & Responsibilities**

1. **IT Policy Compliance & Governance**
- Implement and enforce IT policies, ensuring compliance with security standards and data protection regulations.
- Develop and maintain a data storage and housekeeping strategy aligned with the company's Data Retention Policy.
- Assess IT infrastructure security and recommend improvements.
- Assist in IT security audits.
- Ensure compliance with PDPA regulations.

2. **IT Coordination & Vendor Management**
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the outsourced IT provider for all
IT-related matters.
- Manage new laptop setups, staff offboarding procedures, and IT training sessions.
- Oversee ad hoc IT projects, including USB whitelisting, wireless router upgrades, and server upgrades.
- Address and coordinate responses to IT security breaches and incidents.

3. **IT Productivity & System Improvements**
- Maximize the use of Microsoft 365 features to enhance workplace productivity.
- Support the implementation of new IT systems and explore automation opportunities to improve efficiency in office workflows.

4. **Technical Support & IT Operations**
- Provide basic technical support, including setting up AV equipment for meetings and assisting staff with minor IT issues.
- Maintain an inventory of laptops, ensuring sufficient stock and managing the phased disposal of outdated devices.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in IT coordination, IT support, or IT governance.
- Strong understanding of IT security principles, infrastructure setup, and data protection regulations (e.g., PDPA).
- Experience working with outsourced IT vendors and managing IT service contracts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including administration and productivity tools.
- Knowledge of IT asset management and inventory tracking.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for minor IT issues and AV setup.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in improving IT processes.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
