**Job Description - Financial Accounting & Corporate Services Assistant Manager / Manager**

**Role Overview**:
The Manager will lead a team of Executives who manage a portfolio of designated accounts. Responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, developing account management strategies, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs. Drive revenue by ensuring client satisfaction and driving retention, renewals, and expansion of new or existing business.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage a team of Executives to ensure performance in the following:
Financial Accounting and Taxation:

- Bookkeeping and GST reporting
- Payroll processing
- Preparation of Financial Statements
- Tax computation and Tax return Filing
- Other relevant accounting functions

Corporate Secretarial Support:

- Incorporation of Companies
- Preparation of corporate resolutions and minutes of general meetings
- Maintenance of statutory secretary file
- ACRA statutory filing
- Other relevant corporate secretarial tasks

**What to expect**:

- Proper performance appraisal and career development program

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in accountancy and / or finance. At least 4 years relevant work experience.
- Chartered Public Accountant preferred.
- Competent in Financial Accounting and Taxation.
- Prior experience in team leadership and management is preferred.
- Determined to develop a career in accounting and corporate secretarial services.
