Job Overview

The role of a Process Automation Expert is to collaborate with the team in designing and implementing automation solutions across the organization. This involves working closely with project teams to analyze business processes, design and build automation workflows, test and implement automation solutions; ensuring quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the team to identify opportunities for automation adoption and develop business cases.
  • Motivate project teams to execute tasks and develop their automation skills.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in automation tools and best practices.
  • Support Project Managers in managing project timelines, quality and client relationships.
  • Maintain and update project documents.
  • Analyze and design process workflows, build, test and implement automation solutions; ensuring quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in automation projects.
  • Proficient in automation tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere.
  • Strong communication, teamwork and organizational skills.
  • UiPath Certified RPA Associate, Blue Prism Developer or other relevant automation certifications preferred.
