Job Description

As a Business Process Analyst and Automation Expert, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing efficient business process automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology. Your expertise will be utilized to analyze complex business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop creative solutions to streamline operations.

  • Collaborate with clients to extract and define use cases in their existing IT and business operations, including process optimization, redesign, and reengineering.
  • Gather business requirements, design, develop, test, deploy, and document the automation workflows based on Blue Prism Process and Object Template.
  • Create, develop, and/or review business requirements documents (BRD) and solution design documents (SDD).
  • Deliver process automations in onsite and remote client engagements to drive successful adoption.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need to possess:

  • 4-6 years of hands-on RPA experience, including 2-3 years in Blue Prism.
  • Advanced skills in understanding, analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining application code in various contexts.
  • Exceptional ability to understand, analyze complex requirements, and define technical and functional advanced solutions.
  • Knowledge and experience in integrating different applications using web services/Rest API, etc., as well as RDBMS and open-source DB.
  • Process-minded with good presentation, communication, and articulation skills.
  • Proven experience in developing automation solutions using Blue Prism.
  • Strong experience in software delivery lifecycle using Waterfall and/or AGILE methodology.
  • Prior hands-on experience with working with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Kofax, and/or OpenSpan is a strong advantage.
  • Written and spoken fluency in English with business proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, and Vietnamese to liaise with stakeholders.
