Automation Specialist

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for automation and optimization.
• Design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath.
• Develop and maintain automation workflows, scripts, and processes.
• Utilize C#, VBA, VB, Python, Google Apps Script, Javascript, PHP to enhance and extend automation capabilities.
• Integrate automation solutions with Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform.
• Test, debug, and troubleshoot automation processes to ensure optimal performance.
• Document automation processes, procedures, and solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on automated processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automation technologies and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in robotic process automation (RPA).
• Proficiency in UiPath development, including design, development, and deployment.
• Strong programming skills in C#, VBA, VB, Python, Google Apps Script, Javascript, PHP.
• Experience managing UI Path Orchestrator.
• Experience with Google Workspace, including Google Apps Script and GCP.
• Knowledge of workflow design and implementation principles.
• Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL).
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Familiarity with Finance processes is highly preferred.
• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is highly preferred.
