RPA Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled RPA Automation Specialist to fill a key role in our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business process owners to understand workflows and identify automation opportunities, ensuring seamless integration and streamlined processes.
  • Redesign and optimise existing processes using RPA, macros, and other automation tools to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop, test, deploy, and maintain bots on approved platforms, guaranteeing high-quality deliverables.
  • Create detailed technical documentation, training manuals, and support UAT to ensure smooth transition and adoption.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot bot performance, applying fixes and updates as needed to prevent downtime and errors.
  • Maintain version control and change management documentation to facilitate transparent communication and collaboration.
  • Support change management and citizen developer training initiatives to foster innovation and growth.
  • Operate and enhance existing Excel macro programs to improve functionality and usability.
  • Conduct thorough process mapping and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Contribute to broader organisational innovation projects as required, leveraging expertise and driving progress.

Requirements:

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (desired).
  • Certified and experienced in RPA development (UiPath, Power Automate, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel Macros, QlikSense, and Power BI, with ability to apply effectively.
  • Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and process mapping/modelling tools to drive informed decision-making.
  • Good programming knowledge for advanced automation, integrations, and debugging to ensure high-quality results.
