  • Job Title: Senior Manager, Finance Project

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the implementation of our ERP system and establish a RWS Accounting Shared Service team.

This role involves working closely with key stakeholders to drive efficiency and productivity in the finance and accounting team, enhancing their ability to provide value-added services to the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support VP Finance Services in overseeing SAP and Shared Services projects to ensure timely completion within budget and meeting desired outcomes for Finance Services.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Business user champions and SMEs, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to maximize solution delivery and create value through effective communication.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for key stakeholders, addressing concerns and escalations promptly and effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Stay informed about the latest SAP trends, technologies, and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver the SAP project scope with a shared services model in mind.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field. Professional qualifications such as ACCA or its equivalent would be an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of at least 5-8 years in SAP S4HANA project delivery roles in Business capacity, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in managerial positions.
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of best practices and capabilities of SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop presentations and present ideas and proposals to drive effective communications to all levels of management.
