Senior Finance Project Lead

As a senior finance professional, you will oversee the implementation of finance projects, manage change requests, and ensure smooth operations of finance applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise for finance full suite, investigating issues, resolving problems, and responding to user queries.
- Lead cross-functional finance projects such as system rollouts, data migrations, and currency conversions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, propose solutions, and drive testing and production deployment.
- Offer 24/7 support for testing and production environments, monitor ETL batches, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Manage incidents, problems, and escalations, collaborating with technical teams.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on operational activities.
Required Skills & Tools:
- Finance Full Suite (FFS) expertise
- Programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or C++
- Linux Shell scripting, data analysis, Oracle, SQL Developer, PL/SQL, data warehousing
- Control-M, GENEOS, AppDynamics, Abinitio Operational Console, AWS Portal
- Project management tools like JIRA, Asana, or Trello
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in IT/finance application support and project management
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional finance projects and complex finance initiatives
- ITIL Foundation V3 certification or equivalent
