This role requires a hands-on expert who can design, configure, and deliver solutions aligned with business needs while supporting project accounting, WBS element integration, and project-related revenue recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the SAP FICO workstream, overseeing design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Gather and analyze business requirements for Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), and Project Systems (PS) integration.
- Design and implement processes for project cost planning, WBS cost tracking, settlements, and revenue recognition.
- Ensure smooth integration between FICO and PS
- Collaborate with SD, MM, and PS functional teams to ensure end-to-end business process coverage.
- Develop functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
- Support data migration for finance and project accounting-related data (e.g., open items, assets, WBS master data).
- Conduct workshops, testing sessions (SIT/UAT), and end-user training.
- Provide post-go-live stabilization and support.
- Follow SAP best practices and ensure compliance with company financial and project reporting standards.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 8+ years of SAP FICO experience, with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations as a FICO Lead.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and integration with SAP PS.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferred) or ECC 6.0.
- Familiarity with CO-PS integration and settlement rules.
- Good knowledge of cross-functional processes (SD, MM, PP integration points).
