Job Opportunity:

The Logistics Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize supply chain, transportation, and distribution processes in Singapore.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.
  • Establish and maintain operational standards for export and import activities.
  • E nsure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, particularly for Singapore export and import.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, factories, and customers to ensure reliable and cost-effective transportation of goods on time.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Supervise and mentor logistics staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment, and ensuring the team is well-trained and equipped to handle logistics operations efficiently.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who meets the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PPT, Words).
  • In-depth knowledge of import/export, regulatory, and logistics management principles.
  • Familiarity with IT concepts, including SAP systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong multitasking and time management skills.
