Logistics Operations Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Logistics Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving improvements in warehouse and 3PL operations, ensuring optimal performance across regional hubs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive improvements in warehouse and 3PL operations, ensuring optimal performance across regional hubs
  • Manage and fine-tune WMS/TMS and ERP configurations, including troubleshooting and support escalation
  • Lead logistics and supply chain improvement initiatives using tools like Power BI, while ensuring alignment with global standards
  • Monitor KPIs, cost performance, and safety metrics; prepare regular productivity and financial reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global counterparts to implement best practices and new technologies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma / Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain related field
  • Min 3 years of relevant experience in logistics operations, with involvement of supply chain improvement projects
  • Experience in SAP system and AI tools such as PowerBI
