As a Recruitment Manager, you will oversee the entire recruitment process to identify, attract, develop, and place top talent within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely placement of candidates.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop strategic recruitment plans.
  • Source diverse candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • Conduct initial interviews, coordinate with departments for technical/second interviews, and ensure prompt feedback.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline and database of potential candidates for current and future roles.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certification in HR or recruitment (e.g. SHRM-CP, HRCI).
  • Experience with recruitment software and tools.
