Job Title

Mass Hiring Officer, Logistics

We are seeking a Mass Hiring Officer to join our team in the logistics industry. This role involves coordinating with suppliers and internal teams on delivery schedules, tracking and monitoring shipments, and maintaining accurate records of stock and inventory movements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage documents such as invoices, delivery orders, and packing lists
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on delivery schedules
  • Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of stock and inventory movements
  • Handle data entry and update logistics systems or spreadsheets
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and other administrative duties as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics procedures
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level or equivalent
  • Prior experience in logistics or admin roles is an advantage (not mandatory)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
