Recruitment Compliance Officer Job

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Recruitment Compliance Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to hiring, onboarding, communication, employer branding, and recruiting.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time on-site role that involves ensuring flawless execution of hiring processes, including work permits, contracts, and insurance policies in strict compliance with Employment Act regulations.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with recruitment in migrant worker communities and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field.
Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Pitching services through calls and welcoming walk-ins to interested clients who would like to kickstart their hiring journey.
  2. Providing support for any mediation or negotiation when required.
  3. Advising clients on any queries regarding the recruitment of MDW.
  4. Managing administrative works with precise information and accuracy.
  5. Liaising with the Ministry of Manpower, third-party organizations, and our valued customers using various CRM tools.
  6. Coordinating with our passionate team to anticipate and overcome potential challenges, ensuring smooth hiring processes.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Experience with recruitment in migrant worker communities is preferred.
